Sinus Pumps
The SOMA SINUS SODIAL® pumps are designed to handle a flow rate of up to 90,000 liters per hour. The pump features a sine wave rotor on a drive shaft, which gently and evenly transports fluids through four chambers, maintaining product quality with minimal pulsation. A scraper within the pump prevents backflow and allows for pressure equalization, making it suitable for both high-viscosity products (like silicones or frozen orange juice concentrate) and low-viscosity products (like water). Additionally, the design prevents foaming and separation of liquids.
Operating Limits
• max.flow 90,000 L/H
• max.pressure 15 bar• max.particle size 60 mm
• max.temp. 180 °C
• max.viscosity 9,000,000 cps
• CIP / SIP capability
